Built in the 1930s, the Chalet was the house of José Saramago (Nobel Prize for Literature). In order to preserve this history, it was created a graphic identity based on the original tiles, which still exist. In 2018, it was remodeled for the stay of university students from Nova SBE, in the region of Carcavelos / Parede. The building also received a new color on the facade.
